As a salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospects, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Present and sell company products and services to potential clients.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a passion for sales.
  • Pharmaceutical companies knowlage and Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
